A New Model for Childcare Stability
Designed to help businesses stay competitive.
Employer Aligned
Families don’t have to figure out childcare by themselves when we turn it into a shared responsibility.
We’re making a team where families, bosses and the town all help each other so everyone wins.
Community-rooted
We create a secure foundation by focusing on safe development.
It’s an investment into the long-term potential of Pittsboro’s future.
Child-centered
A new model designed for the existing crisis in childcare and workforces.
Distributed Investment
Stephanie Terry
Childcare is like a road.
Without it, parents can't get to their jobs.
We’re building that road.

Stephanie Terry brings over 20 years of experience in economic development and workforce stability to WEBB KiDDZ. As the leader of the business incubator WEBB Squared, she successfully connected 75+ entrepreneurs to growth opportunities and secured over $500,000 in funding.
Stephanie’s leadership is defined by "deep listening" and "practical execution". Before launching this initiative, she spent 1.5 years interviewing providers to design a system that solves the financial and administrative barriers to sustainability.

Childcare is not just a family issue—it is
essential infrastructure
for a stable workforce and a growing economy.
When childcare is unstable,
families struggle,
employers face turnover
and our community loses
economic momentum.
Moving from Individual Burden to Shared Investment
WEBB KiDDZ is changing the narrative by replacing traditional, isolated models with a system of shared responsibility. We invite funders and investors to partner with us in building a model that aligns childcare with workforce needs, ensuring long-term financial and operational sustainability for Pittsboro. Your investment supports a mission-driven initiative where children, families, and employers thrive together.
